1. Order Processing

- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order and provides your order number for reference.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

-Standard Free Shipping:

- Processing time: 1-3 business days in the UK

- Delivery Time: 5-10 business days in the UK

- Total Processing + Delivery Time: 6-13 business days in the UK

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, carrier delays, etc.).

3. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Delivery Issues

- Incorrect Address: Ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Monacogents is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

6. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

7. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We hope to expand our shipping regions in the future.
